The past 3 days have been fairly uneventful.
Pain is now at a constant 2/10 except when I move my feet a bit to give my ankles some action (wink*). That brings the pain level to a 4/10 but it doesn’t last long. No pain killers during the day, just to sleep.
I’ve been working from home (thanks Covid19), since Monday and it’s now Friday and I’m wondering if I should have been working at all. I am very very tired and I can only do a maximum of 5 working hours a day and then I’m just exhausted.
On Monday the girls from SPEAK London (a social enterprise where I’m a volunteer Director) sent me a “speedy recovery” plant! I’ve named her Victoria heheh. On Thursday, Nick and Nathan sent over some vegan brownies (yes to the best friends in this world!). Honestly I’m so spoilt, I don’t deserve half the friends I’ve got.
I’ve also been able to continue my mobility exercises but also do some very limited core and arms workouts. I’ve only done it twice but hoping my energy levels will increase soon and I’ll be able to do them more often.
I can’t lie… very much looking forward to the weekend now.
